The Government requests space within 10 miles from the current location: 138 Maine Avenue, Building 96, Bangor International Airport, Bangor, Maine 04401. The boundaries are as follow: North of Millvale Road and Route 15, East of Swan Road and US Highway 2, South of Pushaw Road and Route 221 and West of Rooks Road and Levenseller Road 2. The Government is seeking a minimum of 7,010 to a maximum of 7,711 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building as described below: Office Space: Approximately 7,010 – 7,711 Outdoor Yard Space: Approximately 2,355 min to 2,590 max The Government requires thirty-two (32) off street parking spaces, of which 14 must be reserved for government owned vehicles
