The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to provide preventative maintenance for the Federal Aviation Administration’s ATRAM located within the Mount Franklin State Park in El Paso, TX 79904. Contractors will be required to be escorted at all times while working on FAA equipment. Contractor shall adhere to all State and Federal regulations pertaining to the Park. The Government will furnish electricity and water as needed to perform maintenance to the ATRAM. All other supplies, tools, appliances, and material necessary to perform this service shall be furnished by the contractor. The FAA will supply a personnel lift for use at the base only. The FAA will supply grease and lubricants upon request from the maintenance team. The maintenance team shall place all oil/lubricants for disposal in proper hazmat containers for transport by the FAA. Vendor must have license to work on this system
