The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide Janitorial Services at Colorado Springs ATCT, Pueblo ATCT and Base Building, Centennial SSC and Arapahoe (APA) ATCT, Denver ARTCC and Junior Jets Child Development Center. A total of six (6) sites. This solicitation is not set-aside for NAICS CODE 561720 (Janitorial Services). The COR POC for these sites will be Molly Lipka. This requirement will be awarded to one or more contractors. Submissions of Offers: Complete instructions, conditions, and notices to offers can be found in Section L of the SIR.
