The purpose of this market survey is to understand current market conditions, availability, interest and capability in the provision of a firm-fixed contract of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), IOS/Android compatible mobile communication App that permits the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Director and her subordinates to connect deemed communications channels to users via push notifications to include center event reminders, operational hours and menu selections of on-site eateries; facility status and traffic notifications; links to onsite tenant websites, etc. Other desired attributes of the application include tailored messages to targeted audiences, elevated privileges (principle of least privilege) for identified FAA users, analytics to capture usage of app, allows users to target information received. Solution should be cloud based and maintained within a FEDRAMP certified cloud provider. This market survey is being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The business size standard for this NAICS is $30.0 million.
