The Maritime Administration seeks a licensed, qualified and experienced operators to replace stairway doors for Bowditch Hall on the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy campus located in Kings Point, NY. Interested offerors shall forward questions, comments and proposals to USMMAProposals@dot.gov. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to post the site visit schedule and extend the solicitation. Site Visit Info A site visit schedule will be posted based on potential questions in regards to building layout of existing hot water pumps. Physical site visits are mandatory for this requirement to obtain adequate knowledge of the areas that will be serviced and for submission of an adequate proposal prior to the response due date. If offerors intend to sub-contract the project, the sub-contractor must also attend the site visit. All site visit attendees must adhere to USMMA regulations regarding COVID-19 protocols. If applicable, a mask may be required to be worn while on campus.
