The Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to award a purchase order to the state Maritime Academy SUNY Maritime College on a non-competitive basis per the attched J&A under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5) FAR 6.302-5 to allow the School to accomplish emergent repairs for the USTS Empire State during its upcoming training cruise, including pre-cruise and post-cruise periods.
