In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use brand name only, limited competition procedures. The FAA intends to compete the requirement for the annual renewal of the Legal Hold Pro software on a limited basis among the small business authorized resellers. The vendors will be sent a Request for Quote. Award will be made using small acquisition procedures and will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. The award resulting from this request will be a Purchase order. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
