Provide the opportunity for a site visit at the facilities. A site visit will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00AM EST. Attendees shall meet at the GLS Administration Building, 180 Andrews Street, Massena, NY 13662. Attendees MUST confirm their attendance via email to chora.snyder@dot.gov by June 25, 2025, at 3:00PM EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors with a small business size standard of $22.0M. The solicitation number is 6923G525Q0599. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide services for comprehensive maintenance, repair, and inspections on two GLS Elevators. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base year and (4) 12-month option years. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE/ACCEPTANCE: The awarded vendor will perform services at the Seaway Visitor Center and GLS Administration Building as specified within the PWS.
