Our team does still have some questions on the laydown area and the warehouse, as we are assuming we will need to bring in a crane. Please can you allow a site visit so we can gather the information we need." A1: An additional site visit will not be offered at this time. Q2: "I’m following up on my email below to see if a site visit can be arranged so we can see for ourselves the warehouse/lay down area for the chiller delivery. Failing that, additional information on the area, including photos would be helpful." A2: Please see the latest .pdf attachment "Warehouse Photos - AFRH" for a visual of the unloading area. Also, there is easy driving access to the building; however, there are no loading docks for offloading equipment. Currently, AFRH does not have a specific delivery date, other than as soon as possible, and expects the period of performance to be for a period of 60-90 days after award. Currently, this solicitation is for equipment ONLY. However, we are asking vendors to submit information regarding their capabilities of installing the equipment outlined in this solicitation. If the vendor is not capable of installation, this WILL NOT exclude the vendor from consideration for the equipment solicitation. Also, in an instance where a vendor is only supplying the equipment, we request you provide a vendor, or list of vendors, whom you believe capable of installation. This requirement is a 100% Small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220.
