This is a non-personnel services contract seeking sources capable of providing quality, reasonably priced Cafeteria Services for the IRS-Enterprise Computing Center (ECC), Martinsburg, WV Campus located at 250 Murall Drive Kearneysville, WV 25430. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performance or services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, would be responsible to the Government. Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement.
