All quotes must be received no later than July 30, 2020 noon Est. 7/21/2020 - Modification #0001 The purpose of this modification is to correct the submission dates on from SF18 in blocks #6 and #10 of the Request for Quotation. Attachment SF18-95a SUY I uu.pdf is disregarded, not to be referenced and replaced by SF18-95a SUY I uu (002).pdf. SF18-95a SUY I uu (002).pdf contains the revised dates. Blocks #6 and #10 were changed from 07/20/2020 to 07/22/2020 to correct the submission due date. Standard Form 18 is due on 07/22/2020 no later than noon (12:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please disregard attachment SF18-95a SUY I uu.pdf. 7/16/2020 - Base Submission The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) in support of the Criminal Investigation. The IRS is soliciting quotations for covert antennas. The Government anticipates awarding an open market purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Commercial Items awarding as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The total evaluated price will be the total of the base period of performance and all four of the option year periods of performance. The requirement period of performance will be twelve consecutive months plus 4 options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220 radio and television broadcasting and wireless com and its small business size standard in number of employees 1,250. A pricing response is requested under the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, Subpart 12.1 - 12.103 Commercially available off- the-shelf (COTS) items. Price reductions are requested.
