This requirement is a bridge to 2032H5-20-F-00200 ECM SIS Task Order (TO) to migrate the functionality of the legacy case management systems into an Enterprise Case Management (ECM) System capable of supporting issue-resolution across the IRS. 2032H5-20-F-0020 was awarded to BAH utilizing GSA Alliant 2 GWAC contract 47QTCK18D0004. 2032H5-20-F-0020 was competed unrestricted. There is a fundamentally important, mission critical need to maintain uninterrupted contractor support for the Enterprise Case Management (ECM) Solution Integration Services (SIS) allowing for the time needed to complete the competitive acquisition aimed at providing a long-term solution for this vital support. It is in the best interest of the Government to issue a bridge task order as the as the new contract is being recompeted.
