The work consists of furnishing all labor and equipment to haul manure out of the Rock Springs WH&B Facility. The contractor will need to haul approximately 4000 cubic yards of manure stockpiled at the facility yearly. The contractor will be responsible for finding a source/outlet to dispose of the manure stockpiled at the Rock Springs WH&B Facility. The contractor will need to provide information about the source/outlet where manure will be disposed of and provide a backup plan for an alternative source/outlet site(s). Location: Rock Springs Wild Horse and Burro Facility, HWY. 191 north Lionkol Road, Rock Springs, WY in Sweetwater County.
