The purpose of this RFI is to access current marketplace conditions and the availability of qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE), 8(a) Indian-owned, Minority-owned, Woman-owned, or General Small Businesses capable of providing a broad range of experts and professional staff to conduct essential and ongoing programmatic work, supporting Indian Health Services (IHS), Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention (DDTP), as it relates to: 1.) Coordinating and Leading DDTP National Projects, Meetings, Conferences, and Workgroups; 2.) Coordination, Programmatic Review, and Evaluation of American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) Clinical and Public Health Programs; 3.) Translating Diabetes Research into Resources for Clinical Practice and Grant Programs/Communities; 4.) Dissemination of Information and Resources; and 5.) Project Management Services.
