This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement to obtain Janitorial services at the Reclamation Pierre Office Building located at 810 West 5th Street, Pierre South Dakota. The scope of this firm fixed price contract is for services as identified in the included Statement of Work. Solicitation number 140R6024Q0098 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561720- Janitorial Service with an associated small business size standard of $22M. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for award. Offerors are cautioned to carefully review the offer submission requirements. To be considered qualified for this work, offerors must fully address all evaluation factors outline under FAR clause 52.212-2 on the following page, in the solicitation package. The Government anticipates making award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. Offerors may submit questions electronically, via email, to Terra Warren, Contract Officer at twarren@usbr.gov . Questions need to be submitted no later than Aug 19th, at 11:59 PM MST. Questions received after that date will not be entertained. Applicable answers will be provided via amendment to the solicitation through the SAM website at www.sam.gov A site visit opportunity will be offered on Thursday August 8th, 2024, at 1:00pm CDT. Additional site visit opportunity on August 16th, at 1:00pm CDT. Location to meet: 810 West 5th Street, Pierre South Dakota ¿ Any questions you have during or because of the site visit will need to be submitted in writing, via email to Twarren@usbr.gov, after the visit has occurred, but before the deadline of Aug 19th. Questions asked during the site visit will not be answered at that time to ensure that information is not limited only to attendees. ¿ Anticipate that the site visit will take approximately 1 hour. ¿ If you intent to attend the site visit please notify the contracting officer at twarren@usbr.gov by end of day, Tuesday the 6th of August. Written, signed quotes with contact information are due no later than Sept 2nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM MDT by email to twarren@usbr.gov. A copy of Clause 52.204-24 with the fill in completed and signed, and any other documentation the vendor determines would add value to the quotation and assist the government in determining a quotation is of the best value to the government.
