Mount Rainier National Park intends to establish an IDIQ contract for the firm fixed-price testing, repair and maintenance of fire and wet/dry sprinkler systems located in areas throughout the Park. This will establish a single IDIQ contract with a base year and four option years; to a single vendor that represents the best value to the Government. This will be based on price and past performance for work similar to that listed within the attached scope of work. Task orders will be accepted at least monthly for the consolidated payments of work performed, at the firm fixed-price rates under the base or option year within which the work was performed. A consolidated PDF invoice with collected calls for testing, repair and/or maintenance within at least the past month shall be submitted to the COR for review and acceptance. That accepted PDF invoice will be used by NPS staff for creating a task order which will be issued by the NPS Contracting Officer. The task order will be sent to the contractor for a payment request to be sent through the Internet Payment Platform (https://www.ipp.gov) by which the contractor will be paid.
