FY22 SHIL VISITOR CENTER INTERIOR ALTERATIONS The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Shiloh National Military Park. It is the intent of this project is to replace all flooring carpet squares, drop ceiling tile and metal grids, all wiring and lights for the museum area, and painting of the interior walls of the designated area of the interior of the Visitor Center per the statement of work. A total replacement of all the museum exhibits is expected in May or June of 2022. This work will take place once all the old exhibits are removed and the VC is closed to the public, expected to be in April of 2022. Note: Work on this contract will not start until Visitor Center is closed to the public in April of 2022. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $80,000 - $95,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Hardin County, TN will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by late December 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
