The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking quotations for construction of 6-foot-wide concrete pathway as detailed in the accompanying Written Specifications. The BLM intends to conduct this acquisition by use of simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13. A single contract award will be made to the offeror that submits a quotation that has been determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror.
