Full details are on specification sheet attached to this solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing. To qualify as a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 500 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 321999. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical competency being a pass / fail. Technical Acceptability will we judged based on adherence to the specification sheet. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if a contractor is technically acceptable or not, and if an alternative product is considered equal.
