The full details are in the Specifications Sheet. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 335312 Motor and Generator Manufacturing. To qualify as a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 1250 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 335312. In order to maximize competition, this requirement is not set aside for small business. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptability will be based on adherence to the specifications, Technical acceptability will be a pass/fail evaluation. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if a contractor is technically acceptable or not technically acceptable.
