The U.S. Geological Survey, Caribbean-Florida Water Science Center has a requirement for drilling and installation of monitoring wells near Salinas, Puerto Rico. The award will be made to one or more contractors and will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The acquisition is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 213115, size standard $8.0 million. The contractor(s) selected for award will be the best value to the Government, based on the evaluation criteria in the RFQ. Offerors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. The deadline for quote packages is April 7, 2022.
