The purpose of this Amendment is to update the proposal submission POC for the RFQ; Contractors are to continue to submit there proposals for this requirement for the Trail and Roadside Mowing Services at Occoquan NWR, VA by August 25th, but submissions should be directed to Contracting Officer Todd Annes for review.
