The purpose of this amendment is to provide Attachment 05 which was not included in the original announcement. The Contractor shall furnish materials, labor, equipment, and superintendence for the work described below and within the construction documents. The work includes, but is not limited to: project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversite, demolition, furnishing materials and labor to construct items described below, quality control, cleanup, and removal of all debris and waste generated during performance of the work. The project includes remodeling two existing public restrooms and converting an existing janitors closet into a family restroom. All work items that are not specifically called out are considered incidental and no direct compensation will be provided. This work shall be performed on a firm fixed price lump sum basis. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 Building and Property Specialty Trade Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The location of the project site is Bayfield County, Wisconsin. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
