This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due currently. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after the date listed below. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued via this announcement on or around September 23, 2024, on SAM.gov. Responses will be due approximately 30 days or more following the issuance of the solicitation, once posted. Actual proposal receipt date will be established at the time solicitation documents are available. The entire solicitation package will have all attached documents will be available in Adobe PDF and/or Microsoft Word. Any specifications and drawings will be available in Adobe PDF and/or Microsoft Word. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is for a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Environmental remediation services, where approximately (3) three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded to qualified offerors. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment supplies and transportation necessary to complete the scope of work, which includes environmental assessment, creating a remediation plan, performing the remediation owned by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and other DOI Agencies. PROJECT LOCATION(S): The work shall be for various locations across the Continental United States (CONUS) and Indian Country. MAGNITUDE: The maximum aggregate value of a target of (3) IDIQ contracts will be $45,000,000.00 for all periods; individual task orders shall range from $10,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. The government guarantees a minimum award of $10,000.00 to each MAC IDIQ awardee. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive ISBEE set-aside acquisition. All responsible ISBEEs may submit a proposal for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: The primary NAICS Code for this project is 562910 Environmental Remediation Services. Contractors with a small business size standard of $25 Million. DURATION: The contract ordering period is anticipated to be for (5) years.
