The U.S. Embassy will publish all questions and corresponding answers as soon as possible after this deadline. Quotations are due on September 03, 2025, at 17:00 p.m. East Africa Time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted in English, and incomplete proposals will not be considered. Offerors shall have an active registration in SAM.gov.
