The applicable NAICS code is 334413. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source - no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. OMNIVERTER INC is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Embassy Bogota requirements. See attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This supply will be provided in Bogota, Colombia. This is not a request for proposal and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclosure requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department. The Point of Contact is Contracting Officer, at BogotaGSOcompras.state.gov . IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents.
