The Department of State Office of Acquisition Management proposes to enter into a task order on the basis of other than full and open competition for training development and delivery on behalf of the Office of Procurement Executive, Office of Acquisition Policy, Strategic Communications and Policy Division. The award was a new task order for course development and training. Supported by a Limited Sources Justification for Limiting Sources on the Federal Supply Schedule Program, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b). The acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C 152(3), and 40 U.S.C. 501), as implemented by FAR 8.4 and substantiated by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The attached limited sources justification is hereby published to the Government wide Point of Entry www.SAM.gov Contract Opportunities within 14 days after issuance of the delivery order, as required by FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
