The U.S. Embassy Hanoi requests quotation for air purifiers and replacement filters with technical requirements as described in the attachment. The Contractor shall provide a quotation including VAT (if applicable), door-to-door delivery fee to Hanoi, Vietnam, and any other anticipate charges needed. Quotation shall notify delivery schedule, warranty plan, and any other accompanied accessories to the item offered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order for this requirement to the responsible contractor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 180 calendar days, include all taxes and other possible charges to the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussion with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due at 17:00, February 7, 2025 local Hanoi time.
