The U.S. Embassy Hanoi is seeking vendor to establish a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for Drinking water requirements of the U.S. Embassy Hanoi including, but not limitted to kindd of bottles included: 0.35L, 0.5L, 1.5L, 19L … maintening and cleaning water dispensers. Standard Form 1449: block 17a - Contractor; blocks 19,20,21,22,23,24 - Pricing, blocks 30a, 30b - Bidder’s signature and stamp Technical proposal as required in RFQ NDAA certification Submit the package electronically to Ms. Nga Nguyen (NguyenTN4@state.gov ) on or before the deadline of August 08 2024 at 17:00 local time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order for each requirement to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest technically acceptable price. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days and may adjusted accordingly economic situation. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions. Although we may hold discussion with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Bidders should include the company registration record in the System for Award Management (SAM) website – https://sam.gov/content/home - with the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number for doing business with the U.S. Government. Bidders are required to be registered in SAM at the time their quotation is submitted.
