Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide PM Services for Swimming Pool and Fountains at the US Consulate General, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Contractor shall perform Swimming pool and Fountains Maintenance services, includingfurnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Consulate General, Jeddah.The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price permonth for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Consulate General intends to conduct a Site Survey at the site, The pre-proposal Site Survey will be held on December 16, 2024 @ 10 am (local time) at the US Consulate General compound in Jeddah. Prospective offerors should contact Jeddah Contracting office @ JeddahContractingoffice@state.gov for additional information or to arrange access to the building. Proposals are due by January 16th 2025 on or before 1700 local time. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
