The U.S. Embassy, Islamabad invites qualified vendors from the open market to participate in the bidding process for the “Supply of Items for the Mobile Unit Project.” This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Bids will be evaluated based on the assurance of genuine products, timely delivery, and competitive pricing. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals no later than Monday, September 22, 2025. Vendors with relevant expertise in this trade are strongly encouraged to participate. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. As part of the evaluation criteria, vendors must ensure that the offered equipment is not geo-blocked and can be activated in Pakistan.
