The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will issue a solicitation for janitorial services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, sidewalks and patios for approximately a total of 22,000 Sq Mt. per year. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation tentatively in March 2022. This solicitation will be advertised in SAM.gov and U.S. Embassy Lima website - no paper copies will be mailed. This opportunity allows only for electronic responses.
