The Embassy of the United States in Lisbon, Portugal will issue a request for quotations (RFQ) for tree cutting and pruning services of tall trees of about 30 meters, on different terrains such as steep hills and near buildings, walls, and sidewalks. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Potential offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Portugal and have obtained all necessary licenses and permits to perform this type of work. This solicitation will be issued via e-mail to prospective offerors based on their written request for RFQ to LisbonProcure@state.gov by March 13, 9:00am Lisbon time.
