The Regional Procurement Support Office Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: TV and Primary Internet Services, U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan RPSO Frankfurt intends to award Firm-Fixed Price Contract for one base year and four option years during the third quarter of fiscal year 2024. The successful contractor shall provide combined television and Internet services (with circuitry) for the Embassy Chancery building, the Mitsui housing compound and the Chief of Mission's Residence (CMR) of the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. The solicitation is planned to be issued in February 2024 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5024Q0008. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
