The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The work includes among other construction activities, the furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to re-cover the existing roof of the Chancery Low Roof. The three-story Chancery office building [OBC] was constructed in the 1980s of reinforced and pre-cast concrete slab, column and beam. The facades are pebble faced pre-cast concrete panels which continue above the roof to form the parapet. Additional information please see attached pdf document.
