PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE5022Q0015 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: Delivery and Installation Mobile Communication Solution for the U.S. Embassy Pristina, Kosovo as described below, to be awarded during the first quarter of calendar year 2022. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) would like to purchase a communication system for the Kosovo Police. Kosovo Police is seeking an on-premises solution. The option must give them the complete control of their communication system for regulatory compliance and for advanced security needs. Hardware and software must be fully integrated as one solution The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) are responsible for the development, supervision, coordination, and implementation of international narcotics control assistance activities and international criminal justice issues for the U.S. Department of State (DOS). The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. This is a brand name or equal acquisition for Mobile Communication Solutions.
