If you would like to submit a proposal, carefully follow the statement of work attached in the solicitation. Proposals must be submitted to The Contracting Officer electronically to Manamaprocurement@state.gov with subject line “19BA3025Q0003 – Quotation for Internet Service” no later than 4:00pm Bahrain Time on July 10, 2025. For any clarifications to this RFQ, please reach out to Manamaprocurement@state.gov at least three business days prior to the closing date mentioned above.
