See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ). In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF 1449 with the total price Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications Additional information as required in Section 3 Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Procurement Agent Vahid Movsumov. Questions must be written in English and sent to email MovsumovVI@state.gov no later than 5 calendar days before the solicitation deadline. Please put RFQ number 19AJ2022Q0003 in the subject line for all emails related to this RFQ. When you ask questions, please do not create new emails but continue the existing correspondence. Please email your quotation only to BakuBidBox@state.gov with a copy to BakuBidBox@gmail.com. The deadline for receipt of quotations is 10:00 AM Baku Time, on November 22, 2021. Please see the question and answer below: Question: Will the US Embassy accept a different make and model other than the Hyundai Ioniq 5? Answer: The Hyundai dealership is the only one out of the local official dealerships which confirmed the availability of the spare parts and service for the electric vehicles manufactured by Hyundai Motor Company. None of the other official dealerships confirmed the services listed above for the electric vehicles manufactured by the companies they represent in Azerbaijan. The Ioniq 5 is the modern electric vehicle out of various models of Hyundai vehicles that meets the Post’s requirements for safety, driving range and comfortable transportation of passengers. Update: Please note that the required 7.4 kw/32 Amp charger must have a stand for outdoor use as shown on the attached picture.
