This is an Approved Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity Competition for Support Services required by the DOJ Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Enterprise Application Development Staff. This award serves as a bridge contract to maintain support for mission-critical activities to which a gap in services would result in unacceptable disruptions. This bridge action is nececessary while the Department completes a competitive acquisiton that is underway.
