The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Cushman and Wakefield, the field office's landlord for the installation of additional automatic water bottle refill stations for the Baltimore Field Office. Per 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements, proposals, or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Samantha L. Schottler by emai and shall be receivied before the closing date and time.
