The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research related to the Department of Justice (DOJ) Asset Forfeiture Management Staff’s (AFMS) requirement to obtain investigative, legal, analytical, and technical professional services in support of AFMS mission requirements. The attached RFI contains all instructions for submission of questions and RFI responses. Responses shall be based on the Statement of Work (SOW) contained in this RFI and the two (2) Attachments to the SOW. Information provided in response to this RFI must be submitted to the Contract Specialist (CO), Velvette Clayton at Velvette.clayton@usdoj.gov , no later than Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM Eastern in the form of an electronic document using portable document format (PDF) or Microsoft Word. All questions must be submitted to the email address provided above by no later than Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time in order to be considered by the Government. Any correspondence including questions must contain the RFI number in the subject. DOJ will host an industry teleconference on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM with the objectives of (1) providing a brief AFISS overview; (2) communicate with industry regarding AFISS input and questions and (3) provide responses to industry questions as deemed appropriate. The call-in information will be provided as an amendment to this RFI notice by no later than 11/30/2021. Participation on the call is on a first call-in basis and will be limited based on capacity of the selected teleconference platform and DOJ's ability to moderate the teleconference in the alloted time. 11/30/2021 Amendment is to add RFI industry teleconference call in information and question form for advance questions. 12/3/2021 Amendment is to address technology issue with the Industry Teleconference and provide all answers to questions received to date as follows: Unfortunately, the Acquisition Team was had technology issues and could not capture all of the Industry Teleconference chat questions. DOJ will allow interested vendors to submit questions that were submitted during the Industry Teleconference to resubmit any questions for the Government’s response. Please submit any questions to the CO with the RFI number in the subject by no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 12/6/2021. The Government anticipates that it will post the response to any questions received within 48-72 business hours. To avoid duplicate questions, attached are the questions that were received in response to the RFI and industry call to date. The recording of the RFI Industry Teleconference will be posted or a link will be provided if it is available by no later than COB on 12/7/2021. 12/6/2021.
