Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for 14 Monthly Parking Spaces Solicitation Number: 15JA0522Q00000001 The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Wisconsin (USAO-WIE), contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for fourteen (14) monthly passes for covered, unreserved parking spaces in a parking garage within two (2) city blocks of the Federal Courthouse located at 517 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee 53202. Additionally, the parking garage must have a secure entry and exit point by key or access card; must have 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability; and have on-site security or monitored surveillance cameras. Anticipated award date is November 2021. The ordering period will be one (1) base year period with four (4) option year periods. This requirement will be procured under Full and Open Competition. This is not a small business set-aside; yet all responsible small business contractors are encouraged to participate. The award will be made under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 812930, Parking Lots and Garages, with a small business size standard of $41.5M in average annual receipts. The contractor shall provide the labor, materials, and the facility necessary to provide the 14 parking spaces as described in the solicitation. Interest parties are advised that this solicitation includes the provision FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) which requires than an offeror be registered in SAM when submitting a quote and continue to be registered throughout the duration of the contract. Quoters shall include a cover page or complete the SF1449 that includes their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
