The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized resellers, for the purpose of entering into an agreement in procuring he MAX PAK Cardboard Baler MP60HD 10HP Brand Name Only for the Finance and Facilities Division. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination Shipping to Red Stone Arsenal. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. NACIS: 335210– Small Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. Quotes shall be valid for at least 30 days after the closing date of the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (15F06724F000118) is being issued as a Request for Quotation. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial service under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Contractor shall be an authorized reseller of said Max Pak products or comparable item. Only contractors who are authorized resellers of this product will be considered. Certificate or authorization letter shall be submitted with quotation. *Brand Name or Equal Justification available upon request.
