Solicitation Number: RFQ 15F06722Q0000186 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized resellers of Avigilon brand products for the purpose of establishing a one-time, firm-fixed price, purchase order to acquire Avigilon surveillance system equipment and services for the National Acquisitions Program Unit (NAPU). This is a small business set-aside, and only quotes from small businesses will be considered. A single firm-fixed price award will be made. Partial quotes will not be accepted. Award will be based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a brand requirement and no substitutions will be accepted. Please see attachment for the full list of requirements and also Statement of Work. Quotes shall include FOB Destination to: 22182. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Please include in your quote: Line Item #, Part #, Pricing, and Product Description for each line item. Quote may be sent via your company’s standard quotation form but must include the following information: RFQ #, UEID #, Tax ID #, DUNS #, Point of Contact’s name with email and telephone information.
