The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, intends to issue a multiple-award, Firm-Fixed Price, solicitation for the acquisition of Quarterly Food Commodities (FY22 QTR2 Part II) under solicitation: 15B40622Q00000009 This solicitation has been Set-Aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an “Active” status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. Instructions for Offer Submission: - Complete Block 17a, 30a, 30b & 30c and Schedule or Supplies/Services page on the SF-1449. - All offers shall fully Meet or Exceed the required specifications as provided. - Electronically submit offers to: FLP-Procurement-S@bop.gov, E-mail submission only. - Offers/Quotes must be received no later than November 22, 4:00 P.M. MST. - Anticipated delivery of awarded items shall occur between the days of January 3 - 7, 2022. - Offers MUST be valid for at least (10) calendar days after the closing of the solicitation The Source Selection Process for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the acquisition shall be Meets or Exceeds to the supplied specifications. This solicitation Shall Be issued as a multiple-award, meaning offerors may quote any or all line items requested. All offers shall fully meet the Government requirement, and determination of acceptable offers will be made by the Government Subject Matter Expert. All offers/quotes MUST include any applicable shipping, handling, and freight charges to FCC Florence at the address listed in the solicitation. Offerors shall use the supplied Request for Quote form that is attached this solicitation. All terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation will be applicable to the purchase order. The quote must be signed by the offeror at the time of submission with offeror’s DUNS number listed. **Failure to deliver within the specified date range may result in award to the next lowest offeror.** Solicitations, or quotes do not constitute an award. Any solicitation may be canceled at any time for the convenience of the Government. Offerors shall utilize electronic mail (email) for submission of offers.
