The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract for water & wastewater utility service at the Metropolitan Detention Center, located at the intersection of Road 28 and Road 165, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, 00965. The NAICS is 221310 for Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. The estimated amount of the contract would be $1,800,000.00 for a one-year period. The company must be able to provide three hundred and sixty five (365) days of uninterrupted Water & Wastewater utility services to the institution and respond in case of emergencies. The company will be responsible to maintain and/or repair all associated water & wastewater and equipment, including associated costs for such repair, up to the delivery point or meter of MDC Guaynabo. The company shall provide to the government facility water & wastewater utility services in a manner and form that is consistent with all applicable laws, rules, codes, industry standards, permits, and regulations, promulgated by any and all governmental authorities having jurisdiction. All prospect companies will be licensed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, meet all regulatory, and license requirements in that location. Closing date is May 29, 2020 at 0900 EST.
