This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary-Atlanta GA intends to issue solicitation 15B30124Q00000001 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY Bread and Milk. Delivery dates will begin January 2, 2024 thru March 29, 2024. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, 601 McDonough Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 5, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or government purchase card. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included. All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4 (June 2010) for commercial items. Offerors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. As of October 2012 all vendors participating shall be registered in the SAM website, www.sam.gov.
