The solicitation is for Taxi Type Transportation for releasing female inmates to a designated bus station or Pittsburgh International Airport from FCC Hazelton, Bruceton Mills, WV. Releases are estimate on average of about 25 trips per month consisting of 1 up to 8 individuals with prior notification of the agencies needs when scheduling. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation 15B12121Q00000F42 for the requirements of Taxi Type Transportation Services for inmates releasing from the Secure Female Facility (SFF) in reference to sources sought post 15B12121Q00000F41. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, date of service to cover January 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 18, 2020, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov/.
