This is a sole source justification for a security clearanced Pharmacist at FPC Alderson, WV, to provide pharmacy services to the inmate population during the absence of the BOP Pharmacist. Due to the nature of the procurement and immediate need of continuity of care, a security clearanced Pharmacist was needed to provide immediate services. Per FAR 6.302-2, the was an unusual and compelling urgency.
