The Purpose of this Source Sought is to find qualified entities who will be available to assist Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with implementing remedies to cure deficiencies at a PHA under the following scenarios: Addressing remedying and curing deficiencies under 24 CFR part 907, 24 CFR part 200 or Section 6(j) of the Act or a substantial default PHAs whose housing programs have been determined to be substandard, troubled, near troubled or at risk of a poor performer designation based on HUDs performance scoring criteria (currently the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) or Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP)).
